BASKETBALL IS LIFE

9. When the ball goes out of bounds, will be released within the field and played by the first person touching it. In case of doubt, the referee tosses the ball in a straight line to the field. The thrower has five seconds. If it takes longer, the ball passes to the opponent.

10. The assistant referee, "umpire", penalized players shall note the fouls and also notify the "referee" (main referee, see next point) when a team commits three consecutive fouls. You shall have power to disqualify players under regulation 5.
